Who fits
The agents who do well here have a few things in common.
- Coachable. Willing to follow a process that already works before improvising on it.
- Self-driven. This is a commission role. Nobody's clocking you in.
- Comfortable with families and money conversations. You don't have to be an extrovert — you do have to listen.
- Mission-oriented. "Protect today, prepare for tomorrow" lands for you, not just on the wall.
- Willing to learn the technical side. IUL, Kai-Zen, and annuities take real study. You don't need to know it on day one — you need to be willing to learn it.
- Long-term builder. We're looking for agents who want to be here in 5 years, not 5 months.
